  • A new dimension of reliability
  • Carefree handling has been a promise and expectation ever since optical discs have been developed. Yet, with today’s conventional DVDs, scratches, dirt and fingerprints are still among the most prominent causes of record/playback errors, which, at times, may render a disc completely useless. Enter TDK’s ScratchProof DVD. A DVD so hard you could clean it with kitchen-grade steel wool without risking your recording. A DVD which finally keeps the promise of ultimate reliability even under somewhat severe conditions of use, yet conditions which are all too normal.

     TDK DVD-R

  • Blank TDK DVDs are available as write-once DVD-R or rewriteable (1,000+ times) DVD-RW disc. Thanks to their capacity of 4.7GB, up to six hours of high-resolution digital video can be recorded onto a blank TDK DVD. Blank TDK DVDs are of course also ideal for data-backup and multimedia applications. 
  • Thanks to their compatibility with the DVD-R standard, blank TDK DVD-R and DVD-RW disks can be used with corresponding PC DVD burners and DVD video recorders, and are also compatible with virtually all DVD-ROM drives.
